In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, cafes and shops as well as perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails. In summer you have countless possibilities to hike, to climb, to mountain biking, ...
We are Isabell and Stefan Kathrein, and together with our children Mathea and Lotta, as well as Stefan's mother Brigitte, we are delighted to welcome you to the "Alp-Aren."
In 2017, we took over the "Alp-Aren" from Brigitte, but she continues to support us wherever she can and is our good fairy in the house.
Unfortunately, we cannot always be present in person, but we are always available to you in writing or by phone.
We would be thrilled if you chose to spend your well-deserved days of the year with us at Alp-Aren in a relaxed atmosphere.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-In: from 3.00 pm
Check-Out: until 9.30 am
To guarantee a smooth check-in it is absolutely necesarry to do the online check-in before your arrival. Aside from that please let us know your approximate arrival time.
PARKING
One free parking space is available per apartment.
FACILITIES
You will find bed linen and bath towels in your apartment. Also in the kitchen: dish towels, dish soap and tabs. In the apartment "Marmot" you will find a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Capsules are available in the local grocery store.
DOGS
A maximum of 2 dogs per apartment are allowed. Please let us know if you will bring your dog when making an inquiry or reservation. The charge per dog is € 10,00 per day.
BILLING
We only accept cash payments.
EUROPEAN TRAVEL INSURANCE
Unfortunately, something can always come up - therefore we recommend a travel insurance. You can book it right after you made your reservation in every travel agency or online: www.europaeische.at
CANCELLATION
Cancellation Winter 2024/2025:
Up to 2 months before the day of arrival there are no cancellation costs.
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total price will be calculated.
Up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total price will be calculated.
In the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total price will be calculated.
On the day of arrival or in case of early depature 100% of the total price will be calculated.
Cancellation Summer 2024/2025:
Up to 14 days before the day of arrival there are no cancellation costs.
Up to 7 days before the day of arrival 70% of the total price will be calculated.
In the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total price will be calculated.
On the day of arrival or in case of early depature 100% of the total price will be calculated.
