We are Isabell and Stefan Kathrein, and together with our children Mathea and Lotta, as well as Stefan's mother Brigitte, we are delighted to welcome you to the "Alp-Aren."

In 2017, we took over the "Alp-Aren" from Brigitte, but she continues to support us wherever she can and is our good fairy in the house.

Unfortunately, we cannot always be present in person, but we are always available to you in writing or by phone.

We would be thrilled if you chose to spend your well-deserved days of the year with us at Alp-Aren in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 9:30 a.m.

To ensure a smooth check-in, it is absolutely necessary that you complete the online check-in before your arrival! We also ask that you let us know your approximate arrival time!

 

PARKING
One free parking space is available per apartment.

 

AMENITIES
Bed linens and bath towels are provided in your apartment. Also in the kitchen: dish towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets. The Murmel apartment features a Nespresso capsule machine. Capsules are available at the local grocery store.

A microwave is also available, subject to availability.

 

DOGS
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed per apartment. However, please let us know when making your inquiry or reservation! The fee per dog is €10.00 per day.

 

SILVRETTA CARD PREMIUM
We are a member of the SILVRETTA CARD PREMIUM program, which offers you many discounts and included services during the summer. The card is issued automatically upon check-in. The Silvretta Card Premium is NOT included in the apartment rates and will be billed separately before departure.

 

PAYMENT
We accept bank transfers prior to arrival, payments through our booking manager (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, VPay), and cash.

 

EUROPEAN TRAVEL INSURANCE
Unfortunately, unexpected events can always happen—that’s why we recommend travel cancellation insurance to protect you from cancellation fees. This can be added to your booking after you’ve made your reservation and can be purchased at any travel agency or at www.europaeische.at.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Summer Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation fees apply up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Up to 7 days before the arrival date, cancellation fees amount to 70% of the booked travel price.
During the last week before the arrival date, cancellation fees amount to 90% of the booked travel price.
On the day of arrival or in the event of early departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked travel price.

Winter Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation fees apply up to 2 months before the arrival date.
Up to 1 month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booked travel price.
Up to 1 week before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booked travel price.
In the last week before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 90% of the booked travel price.
On the day of arrival or in the event of early departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked travel price.

Cancellations are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
